The range
Plain Cake Mix, Chocolate Cake Mix and Brownie Mix, in 5 kg and 10 kg bags. They make cakes, sponges, muffins and brownies from a stable recipe, without weighing every dry ingredient for each batch.
Concentrated premixes to incorporate
For workshops that keep their own flour, FinaAfric also offers concentrated premixes: Plain Cake 53%, Chocolate Cake 65% and Brownies 72%. The percentage in the name is the incorporation rate. The Plain Crêpe 10% premix follows the same logic.
Pastry bases in 5 kg bags
The range is completed by baking powder (double-action raising agent for biscuits, cakes and madeleines), Chantilly cream (high-stability whipping powder) and cocoa powder.
